  My fiancee recently bought my engagement ring to Kay to get resized and fixed because some of the diamonds had fallen out of the setting. They told him the job would take a while and be hard to do, he told them this was fine, they said it would be done by December 30th, well we just got the ring back today, January 26, not even done, and Kay actually returned it to us in MUCH WORSE condition then when we dropped it off.. we needed the setting fixed because there were 5 diamonds that had fallen out of it, when I looked at it today there were at least 10 missing.. do you even have real jewelers working there?? We paid 100s of dollars to get my ring fixed, we could have gone to an independent jewelry store, but my fiancee said he preferred to go to you guys because you were professionals and would take good care of us.. what a mistake that was.. how do you return something you said you never even had the time to work on in worse condition then when we dropped it off?! We have been customers there for years, but we will not be coming back, and we will be telling everyone we know not to trust your stores either.
