    The cabinets do look nice however their customer service is horrible. I order the cabinets at the end of Nov it's now Feb and pieces from the original order are still on backorder awaiting the shipment from China. When I reach out to customer service for an update I can go for weeks before I hear from them after multiple attempts. Then they only tell me the items are still on backorder and expected in on a date, that date comes and goes and no update. I had to return some damaged pieces and they didn't give me everything I was suppose to get back, so now I have cabinets that use to have door that don't and drawers that are missing. They then sent me the wrong color/style for some of the replacements. Also don't get the waste basket kit they charge you over twice the amount for the same item you can get from Lowes, I learned this to late. There are a lot of cosmetic issue with the cabinets (miscoloring and such) and the cabinets aren't all square, so be careful. All in all if you don't mind waiting endless months to complete your kitchen go for it.

    We purchased these cabinets since they seemed the best for the quality and price. Overall the quality was good, although we did have several damaged pieces that were replaced. There was an imperfection in one cabinet that was covered by the company with wood putty and came off with pledge. Back orders are our largest problem. We were initially told when we scheduled delivery that nothing was backordered. When the delivery came several pieces didn't come. They keep giving us dates that the backorder cabinets will come, yet as that date passes and we call back, they say they still haven't arrived. We are going on 2 months now for pieces that we were told weren't backordered to begin with.

    I will not recommend this showroom, today we went to buy a new kitchen, big decision in spend 10 grand, and we were for more of 15 minutes and nobody said good morning to us, it was a person on the phone, the cabinets look nice, later she call me 10 min after we left, I think that ,they need to train their designers or sales person how to treat and make feel to a person that we spend some money in an important purchase, i guess one less kitchen is nothing for them, Jill Kidd was the designer that ignored us when we were at the showroom.i have to put ONE STAR TO POST THIS OTHERWISE I WIIL NOT PUT ANY STAR
