  Worst experience ever!!!!! The rep didn't know what he was doing and goofed up my ATT account with respect to what lines need to be on which account. Had to call the manager who finally showed it has been resolved.. It doesn't end there, when I called the Customer Care, I got the shock of my life, there was more then $125 prorated charges on the account. A visit to the store has costed me $125.

  Manager is helpful, efficient and hardworking. The other staff are not as knowledgeable, but still helpful. Much better phone store experience than higher and lower priced lines.
